PilgrimRadio.com and Pilgrim Radio apps are provided as a public service of this non-profit commercial-free ministry, which is recognized by the IRS as a 501(c)3 organization.  Your use of our website and apps constitutes your agreement to the terms and conditions of use and the privacy policy at the time of your visit.  Revisions of this policy may be made from time to time, but any such changes will be reflected here.   

It is Pilgrim Radio’s policy not to sell, trade, or rent your name, address, or any other personal information to any third party.  In rare circumstances (such as a court order, mandated legislation, or security and fraud prevention), we may be compelled to release limited information to the appropriate authorities.  

We collect information you voluntarily provide via this website, our apps, social media, or email.  This information is used to respond to your requests and communicate with you in the future.  If you make thoughtful comments about the station and its programming, we may share those comments (anonymously) as an encouragement to other listeners.  If you donate online, you will be entering personal information such as your name, address, email address, credit or debit card information, etc.  This information is protected by industry-standard SSL, a security protocol that provides communications privacy over the internet.  Your full credit card number and security code are never visible to Pilgrim Radio.  Those details are directly transmitted to your credit card company or bank through the processing institutions utilized.  In spite of all good-faith efforts, it’s important to realize no electronic transmission over the internet can be said to be 100% secure, as any online activity comes with some risk.      

When you donate online, you may receive our station newsletter, program schedules, year-end giving statements, or other communications from us, but you can be removed from these communications by emailing [email protected] or calling 775-883-5647.  Any personal information may be updated or deleted by utilizing the same contact methods.  All donations are voluntary and final. 

In addition to the above, aggregate statistics may be collected regarding how people are accessing and utilizing our website, apps, and audio streaming services.  These statistics generally include no personally identifiable information, but rather provide information on how many visits are made to web pages, what devices, browsers, and operating systems are used to access our services, general location information, the length of time and time of day when services are accessed, and similar usage and analytics statistics.
