1) What forms of payment do you accept for donations?
The online support page allows you to make a single donation or set up automatic monthly donations. You can give via Mastercard, Visa, Discover, or American Express credit or debit cards, or via electronic funds transfers from your checking or savings account (e-checks). You may also give using PayPal.

In addition, if you would like to use a credit or debit card but prefer to give us that information on the telephone instead of online, you may call us at 1-800-541-5647, extension 0, and we will return your call as soon as possible.
2) How does automatic monthly giving work?
If you would like to support Pilgrim Radio on a regular basis, you can set up an automatic monthly donation of any amount you choose, which would charge your credit or debit card or bank account monthly until you inform us otherwise. The first charge will be on the date you enter the information on our support page. A charge will then recur on or near that date each month. You are not committing to any particular length of time, so you can cancel the gift or change the amount at any time simply by emailing: firstname.lastname@example.org, or by calling 800-541-5647, extension 0. Since Pilgrim Radio airs no commercials, and gives airtime free of charge to the ministries you hear, it’s the faithful, consistent giving of people like you that is the lifeblood of this ministry.

3) Are donations tax-deductible?
Pilgrim Radio is a not-for-profit 501(c)3 organization and your donation is tax-deductible in the United States, as permitted by law. Our IRS ID number is 23-7032845 and is listed under our legal name “Western Inspirational Broadcasters, Inc.” You will receive a receipt for every gift unless you’ve requested otherwise.
4) How do I use electronic funds transfers (e-checks) to make donations from my checking/savings account?
You simply need one of your checks in front of you in order to obtain the bank’s routing number and your account number, both of which are printed at the bottom of your check (see example below). Also enter your name as it appears on your bank statements. The routing number is the series of nine numbers between the symbols located at the bottom of your check.
5) Why do you ask for my email address?
A confirmation of your online donation or request for automatic monthly donations will be sent to your email address. In addition, we may occasionally send you station news and programming updates. If, at any time, you wish to be removed from our email list or regular mailing list, simply email email@example.com or call us at 800-541-5647. We do not sell or share your personal information with other companies or organizations.
6) If I live outside the United States, can I still donate?
Yes, if you have a Visa, Mastercard, Discover, or American Express credit or debit card, you can donate from other countries. However, you will need to enter the donation amount in U.S. currency.
